Return Merchandise Number (RMA) and marked on the shipping box or shipping
label, not on the original manufacturer's packaging or box;

Original or a printed copy of the sales order or invoice;

Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)

All accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks,etc.

Manufacturer documentation (manulas, warranty cards, registration info, etc.

List Prices are those specified in the applicable Avinta Inc’s list current at the
time of placement of an order. List Prices are subject to change; and price quotations, unless otherwise stated, shall automatically expire thirty (30) calendar days from the
date issued and may be canceled or amended within said period upon written notice
to Buyer.

Prices are F.O.B. Maryland, Avinta Inc.’s warehouse and are exclusive of
all transportation charges, insurance costs, export duties, license or fees,
or any tax or duty of any nature whatsoever and Buyer shall either pay
directly or reimburse Avinta Inc. for any payments made by Avinta Inc.

Avinta Inc. will not be liable under any circumstances for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with the agreement to sell product to the buyer including damages for loss of use, lost profits, lost data or damages paid to their parties even if Avinta has been advised
of the possibility of such damages.

Shipment will arrive within 1-3 business days, due to the stock change, we will
inform the available shipping date.

Shipping Charge on the website is good for the ship to address in USA, excluding
the Island and oversea. Due to the product QTY and weight change, may course the difference of the shipping cost, RFWirelessUSA will contact customer before the
goods shipped out.

Sales Tax will be charged on all orders delivered to an address in Maryland (MD).
If you have tax-exempt status, you will be required to provide your sate tax-exempt certification prior to purchase.

Avinta reserves the right to reject any order you place with us, and/ or to limit
quantities on any order, without giving any reason.

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Avinta reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies. RFWirelessUSA Web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product.

Avinta has a 30-Day return policy; products were accepted for the return request within 30 days from the date you purchased. Shipping fees and/or return shipping cost are not refundable. Return policies are different for individual product, and may require return directly to the manufacturer. All the products purchased from us are honored to the manufacturer’s warranty. A restocking fee of up to 25% will apply. Any DOA(Dead on Arrival) products must be claimed and request the proper RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 5 days of receipt and returned to Avinta within 30 days of RMA issuance. DOA products will only be replaced.

Customers may pay for orders with major credit cards issued in the United
Sates of America.  Currently, we accept Visa and MasterCard.

RFWirelessUSA logos and trademarks, as well as other marks, trade names,
trademarks and logos on this Website, are the properties of their respective owners.
