Avinta’s business model is to sell wireless equipments
at the most competitive prices.
In order to keep our prices at the minimum, we do not provide
technical support of any
kind related to installations, configuration or functionality
of products that we carry.
Please make sure that the questions and concern regarding
the products must be
resolved prior to your purchase.

List Prices are those specified
in the applicable Avinta Inc’s list current
at the
time of placement of an order. List Prices are subject
to change; and price quotations,
unless otherwise stated, shall automatically expire
thirty (30) calendar days from the
date issued and may be canceled or amended within
said period upon written notice to Buyer. The price
states as the date you ordered Prices are F.O.B. Maryland
(Our warehouse where the parts stock) - Avinta
Inc’s warehouse and are exclusive of all transportation
charges, insurance costs, export duties, license or
fees, or any tax or duty of any nature whatsoever
and Buyer shall either pay directly or reimburse Avinta
Inc for any payments made by Avinta Inc.

Inc will not be liable under any circumstances for any
special, consequential, incidental, punitive or exemplary
damages arising out of or in any way connected with
the agreement to sell product to the buyer including
damages for loss of use, lost profits, lost data or
damages paid to their parties even if Avinta has been
advised of
the possibility of such damages.

Sales
Tax will be charged on all orders delivered to an address
in Maryland
(MD). If you have tax-exempt status, you will
be required to provide your sate
tax-exempt certification prior to purchase.

Avinta
Inc. may allow for the return of products from the
buyer. Return policies
are different for each product and other manufacturer’s
product returns vary by vendor
and may require return directly to the manufacturer
under their individual company’s
guidelines. All the products purchased from us
are honored to the manufacturer’s
warranty. A restocking fee of up to 25% will apply.
Any opened or DOA(Dead on
Arrival) products must be claimed within 5 days of receipt
and request the proper RMA
(return merchandise authorization) from the manufacturer.
DOA products will only be
replaced Unauthorized/unmarked returns will not be honored.
To be accepted, all
products being returned must be issued a Return Merchandise
Number(RMA),
accompanied with a printed copy of the sales order
or invoice.
